Might be the most beautiful and thoughtful thing I've ever read. It was truly from the heart. I remember those same memories vividly. She was a great lady. We all know she dealt with a lot of turmoil in her life, but she overcame everything and believed in the Lord and was never without a smile on her face.

Alan, it means a lot to me that you wrote such thoughtful piece about our Grandmother. I will never forget her......

Thanks, Eric. None of us who knew her will forget her. She left quite a mark on you in the right way. I look forward to seeing everyone soon.

Alan,

Thanks for taking the time to share the personal reflections about your grandmother and for highlighting for those of us who didn't have the privilege of knowing her this side of heaven the wonderful Christian attributes she demonstrated. Sounds like you have a rich heritage in the Lord.

Blessings,
Gary

Alan,

Great thoughts from a grandson.

Prayer and peace to you and your family.

It's a good thing I can type my response to this, and don't have to speak it. I don't think I could speak anything right now.

Count your blessings, brother. These memories, you'll never lose, and I doubt most people will ever have any like them.

A beautiful tribute to a beautiful lady. II can see a lot of her in you. It's like the "Old Man and the Mountain." You look at the mountain long enough and you take on the image of the mountain. She is a spiritual mountain and you will be too.
